The Trust was established as a Public Charitable Trust with objectives that include supporting devotees, providing food and annadhanam, assisting economically disadvantaged people, supporting education, healthcare, accommodation and welfare initiatives, and extending assistance to people facing hardship.

The vision of Eagle Eesanin Eraivan Illam is guided by Sri Shivankoodal Sittar Mahan Sri Rajabalaji Swamigal, the Founder and Managing Trustee of the Trust.
He is also known as Panja Boodha Sathguru Ji, a spiritual identity associated with his vision surrounding the five fundamental elements of nature — Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space.
His vision focuses on spirituality, awareness, compassion and service, with the larger purpose of bringing humanity together as one world and one family.
